MOVED that the Senate, effective as of May 1, 2019:

• approves the new Student Code of Conduct – Academic Integrity Code

• approves the Student Code of Conduct – Appeal Policy as it relates to the Student Code of Conduct – Academic Integrity Code

• rescinds the Code of Student Behaviour and Disciplinary Procedures,

conditional upon the Board also approving the rescission of the Code of Student Behaviour and Disciplinary Procedures and the establishment of the Student Code of Conduct – Non-Academic Policy and the Student Code of Conduct – Appeal Policy as it related thereto.
