		5.7.1	MOVED that effective July 1, 2017, the existing Terms of Reference and establishment of the Senate Teaching and Learning Committee, Senate Library Committee, Senate Academic Information Technologies Committee and the Senate Continuing Education and Distributed Learning Committee be rescinded and the establishment of a newly constituted Senate Teaching and Learning Committee with the attached Terms of Reference be approved.
		5.7.2	MOVED that the Chairs of Senate standing committees affected by the establishment of the newly constituted Senate Teaching and Learning Committee submit a report to the May 15, 2017 Senate meeting that outlines the details of all outstanding items that need to be addressed at the Senate standing committee level.
