7.		Approval of Adjunct Professors
	7.1	MOVED that the following Adjunct Professors for the Faculty of Engineering be approved: Dr. Richard Khoury, be appointed as an External Adjunct Professor to the department of Software Engineering for the term July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2020. Dr. Masud Karim, be appointed as an External Adjunct Professor to the department of Civil Engineering for the term July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2020. Dr. Boguslaw Tomanek, be appointed as an External Adjunct Professor to the department of Electrical Engineering for the term July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2020.
	7.2	MOVED that the following Adjunct Professors for the Faculty of Science and Environmental Studies be approved: Dr. Nur Alam, be appointed as an Internal Adjunct Professor to the department of Chemistry for the term July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2020.
8.		Lakehead University Student Union (LUSU) Recommendations
		MOVED that the LUSU recommendations for student members on Senate standing committees for 2016-2017 be approved.

		Board of Governors Member on Senate – Mr. Lou Pero was appointed for a one year term commencing immediately to the close of the Board of Governor’s annual meeting in 2017.
