Join Lakehead Campus Rec for a Fitness Class during reading week! Options include both in person and online classes for this week. Registration is required ahead of time at luathletics.lakeheadu.ca. Drop-in fee is applicable to those without a fitness pass.

The full class schedule is as follows:
Tuesday Oct 11 - Cycle Class from 12:15 to 12:45 pm, and Full Body Fitness from 5:30 to 6:15 pm
Wednesday Oct 12 - Cycle Mixx from 6:45 to 7:30 am, and At Home Abs from 5:15 to 6:00 pm
Thursday Oct 13 - Step & Strength from 6:45 to 7:30 am, At Home Lower Body Strength from 12:15 to 1:00 pm, and 30/30 Cycle Yoga from 5:00 - 6:15 pm
Friday Oct 14 - Cycle from 12:15 to 12:45 pm, At Home Core Circuit Strength Training from 4:30 to 5:15 pm
