The 3rd R of ICT: Read, Write and Relate: Digital competencies, digital learning and digital citizenship

Visiting scholars, Dr. Sara Osuna Acedo from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) and Dr. Carmen Marta Lazo from the Universidad de Zaragoza in Spain, will focus on creativity, methodology, and participatory cultures in the ICT-R era.

The 3rd R refocuses our attention from the technology to its, situated, relational use. Dr. Acedo and Dr. Lazo will discuss their experiences in MOOC design and implementation including our involvement with the European ECO Learning portal.

Dr. Sara Osuna Acedo is a Professor of Communication and Education and Director of the Paulo Freire Chair in Educommunication at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).

Dr. Carmen Marta Lazo is a Professor of Journalism and the Director of the Digital Communication and Information Research Group at the Universidad de Zaragoza.
