Join the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law's Professors, Robin Whitehead and Sherry Abotossaway, as they speak on the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
UNDRIP is an international declaration aimed at recognizing the rights of Indigenous peoples. In 2021, UNDRIP was integrated into federal law through the enactment of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act. What does this mean for First Nation communities?
