Dr. Vladimir Shagin, P.E., has over 30 years of experience providing structural engineering services for high end architecturally innovative building. Dr. Shagin brings very valuable knowledge and experience to the design team. His professional experience includes analysis, design, and detailing of a variety of steel and concrete structures and coordination of architectural and mechanical requirements. He is a key player with a strong theoretical and practical set of skills to solve complex engineering problems where standard methods do exist.
Dr. Moustafa El-Sawy, S.E., P.E., is a structural engineering at AECOM's New York office. He was involved in the design and construction of numerous large scale projects including, but not limited to, a number of iconic stadiums, airport terminals, army bases, and hospitals. Mr. El-Sawy has created a number of tools to automate time-consuming tasks and enhance BIM technologies specifically interoperability between a various commercial structural software packages, some of which are currently being used by several structural teams firms across North America.
