The GSA is hosting a FREE Professional Development Day this Friday, January 11 in the new CASES Building at 12:00 pm.
Get Inspired with a talk on leadership from Dr. Gary Polonsky, a Lakehead grad who went on to found the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in Oshawa, Ontario. His talk is from 12:00 to 1:20 in the CASES Building Atrium and will present you his own Leadership Framework on how to succeed! Get Connected with a Networking Session featuring prominent members of Thunder Bay.
Meet people who made a difference in Thunder Bay, ask them questions about careers in your discipline and make sure to collect those business cards! Light snacks will be provided to those who attend the networking session from 1:20-2:30 in the Graduate Student Lounge :) Its an event you won't want to miss!
