Skills gaps exist in part because instructors often rely on indirect evidence from paper-based assessments to gauge a student's comprehension level. Choosing or describing the right answer isn't the same as putting knowledge into action. In order to close these gaps, students need skill-building opportunities and timely feedback to help them improve. To this point, resource constraints have made it difficult for organizations to scale skill practice and evaluation using traditional methods. Video Assignments (available in mycourselink) enable experiential learning and soft skill development at scale. When students demonstrate skills and knowledge on video, instructors get an authentic representation of what they can do. Join us for a workshop to see how you can put your student's knowledge into action with Video Assignments.

This session will be delivered online through Virtual Classroom and recorded for later viewing. Please join using Chrome or Firefox. When it's time to meet, click this link: http://bit.ly/2NHQUqz

Please note, this session will be recorded and a link to the recording may be posted on a public website. Your participation implies consent to be audio and/or video recorded.
