Research
My primary research fields are the military and diplomatic history of modern Canada, focusing particularly on mobilization strategies during the Second World War and on Canadian-American relations during the John Diefenbaker Conservative government from 1957 to 1963. I am also an editor of the Collected Papers of Bertrand Russell, an international collaborative project based at McMaster University compiling the writings of the Nobel Prize-winning British philosopher and social activist.
