Lakehead University’s Psychology Department is located on both Orillia and Thunder Bay campuses.

Orillia

Nestled near the idyllic Lakes Simcoe and Couchiching in Simcoe County, Orillia offers an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, as well as a minor in Psychology. Our Orillia campus offers future Thunderwolves the opportunity to expand your studies beyond Psychology in other disciplines such as Criminology, Media Studies, Social Work, and Education.  

 

Thunder Bay

Located in ruggedly beautiful Northwestern Ontario, at the tip of Lake Superior is the city of Thunder Bay, home of the Department of Psychology at Lakehead University. The Thunder Bay campus offers Undergraduate programs in both arts and science leading to bachelor, honours bachelor, and specialized honours bachelor psychology degrees, as well as a Minor in Psychology. In addition, it offers graduate programs leading to degrees in master of science, Psychological Science, master of arts, Clinical Psychology, and PhDs in Psychology: Psychological Science or Clinical Psychology. The Clinical Psychology PhD program is accredited by the Canadian Psychology Association for a six year term until 2023-2024.
