Climate Change, The Biosphere & Ontario's North - International Lecture Showcase

In this sample lecture, Dr. Nathan Basiliko will explore how the vast boreal ecosystems in Ontario and Canada interact with the global climate system and climate change. Through an introduction of forest management and forestry in Ontario, he will explore not only how forests are facing new risks from climate change, but also how sound forest management—that includes integrated bioenergy systems—can help combat climate change driven by fossil fuel.
