Apply to the Visiting Internatuonal Student Program
Step 1- Create An Account
If you would like to apply to the Visiting International Student Program (VIP), you must first create a user account on the OUAC portal.
Step 2 - Submit Your English Test Scores
Students are required to submit a Lakehead University accepted proficiency test score (no older than 2 years) such as IELTS or TOFEL to determine which level they will begin their academic English program.
Don't have a valid English proficiency test? You can take the ELC Online Placement Test.
If you would like to take the placement test, please fill out our form.
Step 3 - Coures Selection
You are almost done! You will select your course(s) once you arrive on campus. Our International Advising team will help you choose a class that fits within your academic schedule. To view our course offerings, visit our Course Timetable.
