• Knowledge of federal, provincial, territorial, regional, and Indigenous organizations mandated to
provide health services.
• OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Salary range for the position is $88900 to $127900.  Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.

Qualifications:

 A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Master’s degree.
• Five years of recent, related experience at a senior level working within a complex public or private sector environment. Recent experience with system change initiatives in a regional Health Authority, hospital, or community health setting is a significant asset.
• Formal education and/or experience with MHSU services including bed based services such withdrawal management, treatment and supportive recovery services is a significant asset.
• Valid BC Driver’s License.
