Holistic and Contemplative Education

Drawing on holistic and alternative education theories, wisdom traditions, contemplative practice, the arts, and local place knowledge, participants will craft their own unique journeys as learners and education researchers in a way that is experiential, embedded and reflective. Diverse ways of knowing and being (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and ecological) will be explored to identify and practice multiple paths towards more holistic ways of living and learning in and outside of schools and universities.
