Our next Lakehead Gathers, themed Move into Summer, is all about welcoming the warm season together! Presented by Athletics and Kinesiology, this event is the perfect opportunity to take a refreshing break, stretch your legs, and catch up with colleagues across campus.

STRETCH: Get a quick desk-stretch and posture tips from the Kinesiology team.
WALK: Join Athletics for a group walk around campus starting at 12:30 PM (remember to bring comfortable walking shoes!).
PLAY: Enjoy fun lawn games and connect with your colleagues by the water.
Summer-themed treats will be available to help keep you cool.
