This session will showcase the utility of open educational resources (OERs) as a potential benefit to both Lakehead students (in terms of potential cost savings) and to Lakehead faculty in terms of course design/re-design and curriculum development in general. An example OER adoption will be discussed as well as efforts in promoting OER at the Orillia campus.
