Dr. Mackey is a well-known metallurgist in the field of non-ferrous extractive metallurgy and a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. This event is organized by the Canadian Institute of Mining Foundation, the Faculty of Engineering, the Department of Geology, Nessetech Consulting Services, and the Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Mining and Exploration.
