International GIS Day 2019 is being hosted by the Department of Geography and the Environment. RC-2003 and RC-2005 will have booths and presenters showcasing how geomatics tools and geospatial technology are being leveraged in various commercial firms and government ministries. These include the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority, Synergy North Hydro, tbaytel, KBM Forest Resources, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, the Faculty of Natural Resources Management and the Department of Geography and the Environment. All are welcome!
