Study Abroad Day

Interested in studying abroad? Find out more about the opportunities available to you! Study Abroad Day is happening on Wednesday, October 23rd in the Agora from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There are many ways to integrate global experience into your university education, but none is better than traveling and studying in another country. Students can choose to spend a semester, summer or a full year abroad at one of our international partner institutions while earning credit towards their degree. Immerse yourself in a new culture, learn more about yourself and expand your global perspective through studying abroad! Exchange partners include universities in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Finland, Singapore, Sweden, the UK & many more.

At our Study Abroad Day, you’ll be able to register for a Study Abroad Information Session, talk to our Study Abroad advisors, students from our partner universities, and other Lakehead students who have done a semester in another country. We will also be having draws for exciting global prizes, including exchange bursaries!
