The Department of Sociology offers programs leading to Bachelor, Honours Bachelor, and Master of Arts degrees. Sociology honours degrees are available in a double major with Women's Studies and a major concentration in Gerontology. Sociology programs are also offered concurrently with a BEd from the Department of Undergraduate Studies in Education. 

Students are also advised of the interdisciplinary minor concentrations in Gerontology, Northern Studies, and Women's Studies.
