Data Structures and Algorithms: Exploring Binary Search Trees

Join us for an engaging lecture on Binary Search Trees (BSTs) hosted by Dr. Abedalrhman Alkhateeb from the Faculty of Computer Science at Lakehead University.
As part of your second-year undergraduate journey in Computer Science, this session will explore one of the most fundamental and powerful data structures. The session will define BST, learn the basic operations of the structure, and explain the efficiency of using it compared to linear structure (e.g. Arrays and Lists). The session aims to strengthen the problem solving skills of the students and will discuss real-world applications in databases and file systems.
