"I chose to come to Lakehead not only because it is in my hometown of Thunder Bay but also because I had heard that the Chemistry program had an excellent reputation. Lakehead University has a beautiful campus andexcellent programs to choose from in a wide variety of disciplines. Lakehead also offers students a great deal of professor/student interaction which makes getting a post secondary education more enjoyable. The Chemistry program itself is also amazing. As a student, you are exposed to hands-on learning environments through the use of lab work. This is a great experience and something that I feel is unique to Lakehead University's Chemistry program."
