"I chose to come to Lakehead University because it is in my hometown and the Nursing program that is offered here is great! The class sizes are small and there is a lot of teacher to student interaction which is amazing! The City of Thunder Bay has all the amenities of a big city wrapped up neatly into a small town feel. If you like the relaxed atmosphere that both Thunder Bay and Lakehead University offer, then this is the right university for you.

The profs that are in the Nursing program are amazing and provide you with a lot of information, knowledge and experience. Not only that, having the Northern Ontario School of Medicine on campus opens a lot of doors for Nursing students.

When I am on campus, my favourite place to hang out or study is around Lake Tamblyn. Outside of class I like to hike, travel, and ride my bike. I also have an interest in computer technology."
