"I chose the Orillia Campus because I felt assured that I was going to have excellent academic support and guidance. I also liked the idea of a small "new" campus. Going back to school at my age seemed a bit daunting at a big and impersonal campus. Here at the Orillia Campus - you can have a very real and personal connection to professors and staff.

You really need to look at what is a good fit for you scholastically/academically and professionally. Four years is a big investment in your future - a smaller campus may help the transition to university life. Professors who take a keen interest and are invested in your future and academic preparation are vital and can most definitely be found at Lakehead University- Orillia Campus

I have had the best year of my life - academically, personally and emotionally. I have been able to achieve very competitive grades for admission to Med School with the help of my dedicated professors. I have made wonderful friendships. The entire time I have spent at Lakehead has been most fulfilling and rewarding. I couldn't get a better preparatory school for my further studies in medicine.
