If you are interested in transferring from another Nursing program into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Lakehead University, you must complete the following Nursing transfer protocol. The Nursing transfer protocol involves submitting the following documents to Enrolment Services - Undergraduate Admissions at Lakehead University by the application deadline:

1. Nursing Consent Form:
   A signed Nursing Consent Form authorizing Lakehead University to request in strict confidence information from previous/current educational institutions is required. Applicants that choose not to submit the Nursing Consent Form will not be considered for admission to Lakehead University.
2. Reference Letter:
   A letter of reference from the Nursing program chair/coordinator stating attesting to the applicant's academic standing.
