Admission & Application Information for Native Access Program
Lakehead University's Native Access Program is a nine-month full-time preparatory program which has been designed to provide Aboriginal students, who might not meet the regular or mature student admission criteria, the opportunity to pursue a university education in an academically, socially, and culturally supportive environment.
In order to be considered for admission to the Native Access Program, applicants must:
- Be of Aboriginal, Inuit or Métis ancestry or a mature student applicant
- Complete and submit an Application Package

- Two References
- Personal Statement
- Official Transcripts
- Scheduled Interview
