If you are a currently registered student at Lakehead University wishing to change program, you do not need to officially reapply to the university (some exceptions apply - see below). To change your program, please contact Enrolment Services - Academic Advising, Records, and Registration.

Exceptions: If you are interested in Nursing, Visual Arts, Music, Engineering or Social Work -  please submit the Undergraduate Application Form.
