Admission & Application Information for Home Schooled High School Students

How to Apply:
The Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) processes and distributes applications for all universities within Ontario for individual universities to assess.
As an applicant that is currently or previously home schooled, you will:
---> Apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre on the 105 Application Form
Required Documentation:
Applicants are to submit the following required documents as part of the application process:
- Official Transcripts
- SAT Test Scores & Subject Test Scores (if applicable)
- Language Proficiency Requirements (if applicable)
- Audition & Theory Test (Music applicants only)
- Art Portfolio (Visual Arts applicants only)
Summer School/Night School/Correspondence:
Lakehead University accepts Grade 12 U or M courses, or equivalent, taken through summer school, night school, or correspondence. It is your responsibility to inform Enrolment Services - Undergraduate Admissions of any courses taken outside of regular high school and to ensure that final official grades are received no later than August 11, 2017.
