The Department of Food & Conference Services enforces these policies & procedures in cooperation with Risk Management for all Internal Departments & Faculties and External Organizations utilizing University property & equipment. This includes, but is not restricted to, Non-University Food Services Providers, Risk Assessments, Special Events policies (sound, ceremonies, set up requests), Bar Services, Overnight Accommodations, Fire Regulations, Supervision of Minors, and Residence Rules & Regulations.
