Description: 
Indigenous peoples around the world experience colonization, its organization, maintenance structures, and practices, as well as its ideology, which enables the continuation of oppression. Resistance to oppression and decolonizing are conceptualized and reconceptualized in changing contexts by Indigenous peoples. Selected resources for decolonizing the mind, body, spirit and emotions include understanding the politics of colonization, revitalizing traditional worldviews, de-universalizing language and language politics, honouring Indigenous knowledges and relationships to land, examining the politics and traditions and practice of speaking out, exploring Indigenous approaches to well-being, and challenging colonized culture and suppression agencies.
