MOTION: that Senate endorses the motion that was passed by the Senate Executive Committee on July 15, 2009 "that the Strategic Planning Committee be requested to reconvene to review and consider revisions, and to add clarification to portions of the Strategic Plan based primarily on the discussionsheld at the Senate Meeting on May 15, 2009"

MOTION: to approvethe timelines and process for consultation as proposed by the Strategic Planning Committee:

A period of consultation with the University community September 15, 16, and 17, 2009

A revised Strategic Plan 2010-2013 to be posted on the University website by September 252009

A vote to be taken on the revised Strategic Plan 2010-2013 at the October 2, 2009 Senate Meeting
