Indigenous Transition Coordinator Personnel
Céline Wick is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario with family ties across the prairies. Céline is the new Indigenous Transition Coordinator with Indigenous Initiatives at Lakehead University. In this role, Céline supports Indigenous transfer students to seamlessly transition from different learning institutions. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Master’s of Social Justice Degree with a specialization in Gender Studies from Lakehead University. She has worked with Indigenous Initiatives in various capacities since 2020. Céline is committed to supporting Indigenous student transitions and wellness and helping each student reach their individual goals.
