Research

Dr. Lorch’s research interests lie in the general area of urban-economic geography with a particular focus on retail development and consumer spatial behaviour.

Dr. Lorch retired from Lakehead University in 2009 and is currently living in Winnipeg where he occasionally contributes to research projects at the Institute of Urban Studies, University of Winnipeg.
