Basic Townhouse

Each Basic Townhouse unit has 2 floors and 4 single bedroom units. Each unit features a main floor full-size kitchen (fridge, stove, upright freezer, microwave plus a toaster, coffee pot, kettle, and cups), living room, dining room with seating for 4, storage room and patio area. The second floor contains a four-piece bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Additionally, there is a telephone with an ethernet cable internet connection in each bedroom and in the dining room and Wi-Fi throughout.

All townhouses are equipped with a television with basic cable. Also, every unit is supplied with a vacuum, mop, bucket, broom, and dustpan. The townhouse laundry rooms are located in a separate building in each townhouse community.  The washer and dryers are card-operated.  Cards can be purchased through Bartley Front Desk.

Townhouse accommodations are rented out per UNIT only. Payment and assigning roommates must be arranged by the contact person booking the unit.

Subject to availability, our accommodations offer basic and fully-equipped townhouses. Our fully-equipped units offer all of the features of a basic unit plus the following:

• Dishes and cutlery
• Cooking supplies and small appliances for meal preparation (e.g. mixing bowls, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, glasses, can/bottle opener and teapot)
