Canada is full of new flavours and items to try, but sometimes you just want to have flavours or items from home. Most new International Students joining us will be using transit to get around Thunder Bay. Join your Student Engagement & Cultural Coordinator, Krista McAllister (a fellow transit user), in the Student Lounge to learn more about how to use Thunder Bay Transit and some tips and tricks to make your transit experience the best it can be!

Winter is here and so is Lakehead International’s annual Winter Outdoor Clothing Drive! To provide for all of our international students who may be experiencing their first Canadian Winter or may not have the proper winter wear to keep warm, International Student Services is collecting new or gently used winter jackets, hats, mitts, and boots. If you have new or gently used items that you can donate, we’ll gladly accept them.

Join us for a gingerbread social where you can meet friends, be creative, and snack!
An evening of cookies, hot cocoa, and testing your knowledge of holiday traditions from around the world!
