    Research Interests: 

    Using methods that include (but are not limited to) ultrasonography (ultrasound), indirect calorimetry (VO2), dynamometry (strength), surface electromyography (muscle excitation), blood glucose and lactate monitoring, my research program will be investigating the effects of resistance training on cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal health, as well as the minimum effective dose required to elicit health benefits.
