WHAT YOU WILL BE LEARNING:

  • Workflow design & support, which consists of coding a user interface (web) using modern CSS and JavaScript frameworks, designing the logic of a workflow process using Content Server’s workflow tools, and integrating the two together to provide a highly accessible and intuitive solution
  • Working with end users to understand the business need, translating business problems to technical requirements, requirements analysis and design documentation, build and test, User Acceptance testing, and  documenting the solution
  • Customer support skills, helping to help troubleshoot, make modifications to support changing business needs, or provide training to end users

  • Current Undergraduate level Lakehead University student. Pursuing a degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and interested in learning new technologies; willingness to develop and exercise skills in the areas of enterprise content management, web-based software applications, and custom workflow.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, report writing, and other related technologies or the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with or willingness to learn process automation and web development, interest in web-based software applications, workflow processes, and requirements analysis with business users

  • Experience managing high ticket volumes
  • Proficiency or ability to quickly gain proficiency using new software (SuccessFactors, LearnFlex) 
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical skills, able to analyze and manipulate data to determine underlying trends
  • Systems orientation combined with a strong customer service focus
  • Self-starter, strong initiative with exceptional problem-solving capabilities 
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and set priorities while performing effectively under pressure 
  • Experience in managing data electronically such as creating and generating reports using databases
  • Team player with a proven ability to work with a variety of people and levels and across organizational boundaries

  • Aiding in the execution of field marketing activities, working closely with sales and other members of the marketing/channel team to drive content delivery, messaging and tactic execution
  • You will gain an understanding of the role of channel in an organization, types of channels (and how they differ and all drive success metrics in their own unique way) and which marketing tactics are most effective in driving demand. 
  • Information about the cyber security area including which products address key challenges customers face including ransomware, phishing, malware.
