Status Card Clinic

The ISSC in partnership with the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre will be hosting a Status Card Clinic on Tuesday, January 28th from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Gakina Nindinawemaaganag. You will need the following:
- 1 piece of government issues ID (passport, driver’s licence, photo card, or health card)
- a guarantor (someone who has known you for 2 years or more, is over the age of 18 and is registered under the Indian Act or be employed in an eligible occupation)
- if applying for the first time, then an original copy of your birth certificate is required.
The TBIFC helps to process the status card applications. They do not issue/print cards.
