We're thrilled that you have decided to apply to Lakehead University!

Lakehead University and Confederation College have a unique agreement which allows Confederation College students to avoid application fees and apply directly to Lakehead University for a conditional offer to a select program of your choice.
Covering more than 30 distinct diploma-to-degree programs, this agreement enables you to continue with your post-secondary education after the completion of your diploma.

Applying through the joint admissions process is easy! All you need to you to do is fill-out the application form below and press submit. Once your application has been received, you will receive an email from Lakehead University to confirm submission.
