The Orillia campus is committed to the establishment of a high performing, diverse, and innovative academic community through the strengthening of the Lakehead-Georgian Partnership, engaging with Indigenous education systems, and outreach to non-traditional learners. We will continue to strengthen our existing philanthropic relationships, and work to identify new relationships with local supporters and potential new donors to ensure a strong Orillia presence in the Institutional Philanthropic Campaign.

The Office of the Principal will

• Facilitate the creation of new net space on the Orillia campus to support enrolment growth;
• Work with the Office of the Provost to advance Strategic Enrolment Management initiatives on the Orillia campus;
• Implement the Orillia Campus Employee Engagement Plan;
• Support implementation of integrated planning and budgeting with a focus on alignment across the University; 
• Support diversification of funding sources; 
• Support Alumni relations with the Lakehead for Life Plan to strengthen and grow capacity with our alumni living in Simcoe County; and, 
• Working with the Office of the President, lead the Lakehead University Philanthropic Campaign in Simcoe County.
