Kylie supports the HR team by providing advice and guidance with respect to the University’s benefits plans and Graduate Assistants. She also provides labour relations support regarding collective agreement interpretation, and collective bargaining. In addition she assists with immigraiton processes and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HRIS abilities in Colleague. Kylie has a natural ability to generate reports and aggregate information for the purpose of salary administration, system and information auditing, employee metrics and other required processes. Turning data into information and information into insight is what Kylie does best.
