Lakehead University’s Economic Development and Innovation office is proud to present Scott Kress.

Scott is the President of Summit Team Building and author of Learning in Thin Air. Scott is a leadership and team development expert who has worked with many fortune 500 companies around the world.

Scott has gained great insight into the inner workings of leadership and high performance teams with over 25 years of leading climbing expeditions. Scott is the 51st Canadian to summit Mount Everest and in December 2011 became the 18th Canadian to climb the 7 summits (the highest mountain on each of the 7 continents).

Effective leadership is essential on all teams, whether it is sports, research, business or a combination of all types of activities. Scott’s unique story and personal insights will help you become a more effective leader and productive member of any team.
