Academic Integri-TEA Gathering

Academic Integri-TEA is community of practice that provides a safe and collaborative space for faculty to talk about the common academic integrity issues they are experiencing in the classroom and share helpful tips with their peers. Attendees are invited to make themselves a cup of tea (or coffee) and join with other instructors as we strive to positively influence the academic integrity culture at Lakehead University.

(OR) Egg Hunt

Take a break from your studies and join a campus-wide Egg Hunt. Student Health and Wellness has hidden 48 multicoloured plastic eggs around the Orillia campus for students to destress and welcome the spring season.

(OR) Fill Your Cup and Tackle Burnout

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. As the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place.

Burnout reduces productivity and saps your energy, leaving you feeling increasingly helpless, hopeless, cynical, and resentful.
