Advanced Placement

Advanced Placement courses and examinations may be used to determine admissibility and the granting of credit or exemption. If you have achieved a minimum grade of 4 on certain advanced placement exams, you may be eligible to receive university credit. 

Engineering programs are not eligible for AP transfer credit consideration.  

To be considered for transfer credit, you must have the College Board send your results directly to Lakehead University as soon as they are available. Your official results must be sent from the College Board directly to Lakehead University - Enrolment Services Undergraduate Admissions. If you are applying through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC), you can indicate more documentation is forthcoming.
