Cold and flu season is upon us! One of the best ways to prevent getting sick is getting your annual flu shot. Student Health and Wellness is hosting a Flu Shot Clinic for students, faculty, and staff.
Select an appointment timeslot through this form to save your spot. Appointments are preferred, but drop-ins will be accommodated where possible.
A health card is not required to get a flu shot, but it you have a health card, please bring it.
Can’t make it to the flu shot clinic? Flu shots are also available at your local pharmacy.

Join Student Health and Wellness and the Student Success Centre for this guided conversation to help students psychologically prepare for test and exam taking. Learn and practice skills and strategies for preparing for and coping with the stress of tests/exams.
We'll also have some colouring pages, legos, and crafts to do while we chat.
