The cutest kind of stress relief is returning to campus! Come visit our puppy friends from Precious Paws Rescue!

Start the semester with clarity, confidence, and purpose! Join Student Health & Wellness for an interactive Vision Boarding & Goal Setting event designed especially for anyone who wants to turn their ideas into action. This session will guide you through reflecting on your values, identifying your academic, personal, and career goals, and visualizing the life you want to create during your time at university and beyond.
Using creative materials like magazines, markers, and stickers, you’ll build a personalized vision board that represents your goals and visually motivates you throughout the year. We’ll also walk through practical goal-setting strategies to help you break big dreams into achievable steps. Whether you’re feeling motivated, uncertain, or somewhere in between, this event offers a supportive space to reset, refocus, and connect with other students.
No artistic experience required, just bring an open mind and a willingness to dream big. Leave feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to take charge of your journey! All materials will be provided. We can't wait to see you there!

Need some fuel to start your day? You're invited to Breakfast Bar! Happening every Thursday from 9am - 11am, drop by to make your own breakfast, learn some low-cost and nutritious breakfast recipes and cost-saving strategies, and connect with peers. We will occasionally have special guests present to share information about timely topics.
Breakfast will include toast and yogurt, both with a variety of toppings that will rotate each week. On occasion, we'll also have special feature items for you to try!
