Get ready, Thunderwolves, for No Pressure, All Pleasure: Consent, Relationships & All the Stuff Sex Ed Didn’t Teach Us.

Let’s be real — most of us didn’t get the full story in health class. Join us for a judgment-free, inclusive, and useful conversation about the things we wish we’d learned sooner: how to navigate consent with confidence, build healthy relationships (romantic or otherwise), communicate boundaries, and take care of your sexual health.

Whether you’re single, dating, hooking up, or just curious, this event is for everyone. Expect interactive activities, real talk, expert insight, and space to ask the questions you never got answered.

Featuring: Peer educators, health professionals, and students keeping it honest and real.

Come for the info, stay for the open conversations, and leave feeling empowered. Snacks, resources, and good vibes provided!

Workshop hosted by Dr. Kristen Johnson, ND, all about understanding periods, hormones, PCOS and endometriosis, and getting all your period questions answered!

This drop-in is all about casual, peer to peer conversations. Connect with peers and check out some interactive displays featuring myth busting, sexual health supplies, and healthy relationship info and games.

Power, Privilege, and Oppression: 2:30 - 3:30pm in Alumni Commons

Join Huronia Transition Homes for a workshop exploring power, privilege, and oppression through a feminist lens! This workshop will discuss how social locations can contribute to issues of privilege and oppression, how power and privilege are present in different populations, and explore anti-oppressive work and how to be an ally.

Drop by the tennis courts outside Rotary Place any time between 12 pm and 2 pm to play a game of pickleball or tennis, or meet up with fellow Thunderwolves for a walk along the paths through the West Orillia Sports Complex.

Notes regarding pickleball/tennis: No experience required, we're all learning together! The courts can't be booked, so we will play on whichever courts are available.

Grab your fellow Thunderwolves and get ready to play Bubble Soccer! Spaces are limited for bubble soccer, so be sure to sign up in advance. Each bubble soccer registrant will be guaranteed a minimum of 15 minutes of playing time.

If you want to attend Rec The Yard but don’t want to play bubble soccer, you do not need to sign up in advance. There will be other games available for those who do not play bubble soccer, and cheerleaders are always appreciated! We can’t wait to see you there!

Prioritizing your well-being and taking care of yourself is a lot like nurturing a garden. Water, sunlight, and patience are important things that plants (and students!) need to thrive. Join Student Health & Wellness to intentionally plant seeds of self-care by creating your own mini garden and reflecting on a wellness routine that works for you. The mini garden will serve as a visual reminder to take time for yourself while discovering new strategies to recharge, de-stress, and cultivate growth. All supplies to create your garden of self-care will be provided! No artistic experience needed - just bring yourself and an open mind!

Join Student Health and Wellness for Snoozefest, where you will play a life-sized board game called Sheeps and Scrolls, where your sleep habits decide your fate! Just like Chutes and Ladders, you'll climb toward better rest with good sleep hygiene and slide back for the not-so-great sleep decisions. You may also find yourself hanging out in a blanket fort! 

Learn how to build better sleep habits and win sleep-themed prizes while you're at it! Pyjamas are highly encouraged—and might even earn you bonus chances to win.
