Brunch Bar kicks off now and will happen weekly on alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 10 am - 12 pm in Alumni Commons. The menu rotates weekly, but you can always expect some toast, yogurt parfaits, and fruit, plus the occasional special feature. Gluten-free and vegan options are always available.

Help support local pollinators while getting creative! Join Student Health & Wellness for a hands-on activity where you'll create your own bee bath, a simple, beautiful way to provide bees with a safe place to drink and rest.

We'll provide all the materials and guide you through creating a bee-friendly water station you can take home and place in your garden, on your balcony, or in another outdoor space. Along the way, you'll learn why pollinators are so important and how small actions can make a big difference for local ecosystems.

No experience is needed, and all supplies are included. Connect with fellow students, get creative, and leave with a unique project that helps protect our pollinator friends!

safeTALK is a 4-hour, in-person workshop to build skills in suicide prevention. Participants will learn how to recognize and engage with someone thinking about suicide, overcome attitudes that act as barriers to help, talk openly about suicide and connect with intervention resources for further support.

Through presentations, audiovisuals, small group discussion and scenario practice, you will learn a 4-step TALK model and practical steps to help activate a suicide alert that connects people having thoughts of suicide with more specialized intervention care and relevant resources.

All participants will receive a learning booklet, resources and a Certificate of Completion.
