Join staff from the Student Health & Wellness to escalate awareness of the impact of Eating Disorders, the dangerous stereotypes and myths, and the supports available for people living with or affected by them.

It can often be a challenge to take a minute to ourselves, so why not make self-care a habit and Take10.
