To help get you through exams, the Student Affairs department is offering build-your-own Exam Kits in Simcoe Hall! Stop by any time from December 5th- 16th to get what you need to have a healthy and successful exam period. Kit items include:

In recognition of No Stigma November, Student Health and Wellness is offering safeTALK to all Lakehead students, faculty and staff.
safeTALK is a 4-hour, in-person workshop to build skills in suicide prevention. Participants will learn how to recognize and engage with someone thinking about suicide, overcome attitudes that act as barriers to help, talk openly about suicide and connect with intervention resources for further support.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion, registration is required.

Select an appointment timeslot through this form to save your spot. Appointments are preferred, but drop-ins will be accommodated where possible.
A health card is not required to get a flu shot, but it you have a health card, please bring it.
