Food plays an integral role in how we connect with culture and with one another! Drop by Alumni Commons to sample some ingredients from different cultures and learn how to prepare them. Friday, March 14th is World Sleep Day! But we're celebrating a couple of days early so we don't interfere with your big World Sleep Day plans (sleeping, presumably).

Drop by the blanket fort in Simcoe Hall (you can't miss it) from 1:30-3:30pm for a real snooze-a-palooza. There will be many snore-worthy activities and prizes to be won! Pajamas are encouraged (and may just get you extra chances to win prizes!)

  • Build your own sleep kit
  • Hang out in our blanket fort for some quiet time and learn about the importance of a good wind-down pre-bedtime routine

Join The Office of Indigenous Initiatives and Student Health and Wellness for a Lunch and Learn about Wild Rice! Wild rice, known as "manoomin" in the Anishinaabe language is a traditional food in Anishinaabe culture with spiritual and economic significance to many communities. It is also extremely versatile!
